This website is operated by Little Dreams Co. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Little Dreams Co. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Products

We specialise in personalised and non-personalised nursery wall art and framed prints. We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

As many of our products are made to order, slight variations may occur.

Personalised Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalised information, including names, dates and quotes, is entered correctly before placing an order.

Once production has begun, personalised orders cannot be amended or cancelled.

Little Dreams Co. is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during the ordering process.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors or stock issues occur.

Shipping

All products are made to order. Estimated processing and delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary during busy periods.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or courier companies once an order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Non-personalised products may be eligible for return in accordance with our Refund Policy.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, product images, branding and content on this website remain the property of Little Dreams Co. and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Little Dreams Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
