Returns & Refunds Policy

At Little Dreams Co., each print is made to order especially for you. We take great care to ensure every order meets our quality standards before it is dispatched.

Personalised Products

Due to the custom nature of personalised items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been personalised unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or an error has been made on our part.

Please carefully check all personalisation details before placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Non-Personalised Products

If you are not completely satisfied with your non-personalised purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun.

As our products are made to order, we may not be able to cancel orders once production has started.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
